  • Shrimp Scampi - Served with Rice and Garlic Wine Sauce

  • Chicken Marsala - Chicken with Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Sauce
  • Tri-Tip Roast - Marinated Tri-Tip with a Garlic Wine Sauce
  • Oven Roasted Salmon - Succulent Salmon with a Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
